Your discoveries. Your data.

Privacy policy

Last updated: November 8, 2026

This policy describes the Little Lost Things game and its website, operated under the PK-ENT name. Contact us at info-littlelostthings@pk-ent.work about privacy or your data. The game is in development; the services available depend on your installed version.

Playing as a guest

The game stores progress, collected keepsakes, settings and game resources on your device. You can play without creating a game account. Guest progress is not uploaded to our cloud-save service unless you choose to sign in and adopt it into an account. Removing app data or uninstalling may remove local progress.

Optional Google sign-in and cloud saves

If you sign in, Google and Firebase Authentication process your Google identity, including your email address, display name and account identifiers. Firebase provides a game-specific user ID. We use that ID to keep your saved discoveries separate from other players and use your display name in the account screen. We do not receive your Google password.

Cloud Firestore stores unlocked cases, completed cases, collected keepsakes and partial case progress for your signed-in account. The app also stores an account-specific local save and an upload queue so discoveries can synchronize after a connection returns. Google/Firebase process technical connection and security information, such as IP addresses, as part of providing their services.

Advertisements and privacy choices

Android builds may include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including test advertisements during development. Advertising SDKs may process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic information. Production advertisement requests use Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain consent where required. Your region, choices and device settings affect how advertisements are served.

In supported versions, open Settings → Privacy & data → Advertisement privacy choices to review available choices. Test-ad builds may not provide a production consent form. You can also manage advertising settings on your device. We do not add a separate website analytics or advertising tracker to this static website.

Why we process information

We use account information to authenticate players, save and synchronize their discoveries, protect account access, and handle support or deletion requests. Advertising providers use information to deliver and measure advertisements according to the applicable settings and choices. Depending on your location, processing may rely on providing the requested service, consent, or security and operational interests.

Providers and international processing

Google provides sign-in, Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and AdMob services. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s advertising information. Hosting providers may process standard request logs to serve this website. Sending us an email also involves your email provider and our email service.

Retention and deletion

Local saves remain until removed from the device. Account and cloud progress remain until the account is deleted. Signing out does not delete the account. To delete your account, use the in-game deletion option where available, or follow the account deletion instructions without reinstalling the game.

Account deletion removes the game’s Firebase identity and cloud progress. The in-game flow also removes that account’s local save and upload queue on the requesting device. Other devices may retain local copies until their app data is cleared. A minimal record containing the deleted game user ID and deletion timestamps is used to prevent old sessions from recreating deleted data. Completed records become eligible for automatic removal after 24 hours; database cleanup can take additional time. Incomplete deletion records remain until the operation is completed so synchronization stays blocked. Support correspondence may be retained while a request is being handled or as necessary for security and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can play as a guest, sign out, manage available advertising choices, clear device data, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct or receive your information, withdraw consent, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify that you control the associated account.

Children

If you believe a child has provided personal information without the necessary permission, contact us at info-littlelostthings@pk-ent.work so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. A parent or guardian may contact us about access to or deletion of a child’s game data.

Security and changes

We use authenticated account access and encrypted service connections. No system can guarantee complete security. We may update this policy as the game or its services change; the date above identifies this version. Contact info-littlelostthings@pk-ent.work with questions.
