Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Little Lost Things player account and its associated cloud progress. You do not need to reinstall the game to make a request.

From the game

Open Player account from the pause menu, or through Settings → Privacy & data.
Select Delete account, then Verify Google account & delete permanently.
Verify the same Google account you used for the game and wait for the deletion confirmation.

If your version does not have this option, you no longer have the app, or deletion cannot finish, use the email option below. If a request is interrupted, cloud synchronization stays paused; use Retry account deletion to finish.

Without the app

Request deletion by email

Send a message from the Google email address associated with your game account. Use the subject Little Lost Things — account deletion request. State that you want your game account and cloud progress deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting.

This opens your email app; it does not send a request automatically.

Or email info-littlelostthings@pk-ent.work directly. Never send your password, sign-in token, or verification codes.

What is deleted?

Your Little Lost Things Firebase Authentication account.
Cloud progress and discoveries associated with that game user ID.
For an in-game request: the account’s local save and pending upload queue on the requesting device.

Your Google account is not deleted. A guest save is separate. Other devices may retain local files; clear the game’s app data there to remove those copies. Deletion is permanent and cannot restore your discoveries.

What may remain?

A minimal deletion record containing your game user ID and timestamps blocks stale sessions from recreating progress. Completed records become eligible for automatic removal after 24 hours; database cleanup can take additional time. Incomplete records remain while deletion is pending. Support email may remain while a request is being handled or where security or legal obligations require it. Email us for your request’s status and expected completion time.
